Dylan studied Business & Finance at Loughborough before locating to Canterbury. He is married to Jenny and has two young daughters that keep him busy outside of work along with his sporting interests. Dylan is self employed and based at his office in Canterbury, however, he works within the LMJ Financial Services structure. This established company acts 
as an 'umbrella' organisation for a large number of IFA's, assisting with compliance, continuous professional development and insurance. LMJ Financial Services are, in turn an appointed representative of Sesame Ltd, one of the largest IFA networks in the country.
The success of Dylan's business is based on personal recommendations, referrals and word of mouth. He is an active member of BNI and the Channel Chamber, providing a superb medium for networking within the local business community.
Prior to self employed Independence, Dylan gained an excellent reputation as a Senior Financial Advisor within major high street banks. However tied by the products, he became disillusioned and wanted to remain committed to his clients - becoming independent means that he can choose from the whole of the market place, ensuring that the best advice is given and the most suited products are selected.
Dylan likes to offer all his clients the opportunity to meet face to face at a time and place convenient to them; however as this is not possible for some of his clients, he is more then happy to communicate through telephone, email or Skype.
